For my first five clients, I will create a basic website without an initial development fee. You pay the monthly fee for your chosen FormaBella plan. Course setup, online payments and automated fiscal validation of invoices can be arranged separately at the listed rates.
This offer is available to the first five confirmed clients with a minimum six-month commitment. Once all five places are filled, website development is charged separately at the listed rates. A domain and any additional services are not included.

This brings together some of the tasks you would otherwise manage through tools such as Calendly, MailerLite, a course platform and a social media scheduler. What you can replace depends on your plan and the features you need. You can also keep your existing website.
Stripe remains your payment provider. You can continue to use a separate business email inbox, invoicing software and video calling tool as needed.

What I set up at the start and what is extra
I prepare your account with my settings and templates for the Slovenian market, a basic contact directory, one form and one appointment type. We adapt the foundation to your work. I connect your calendar and set up a prepared enquiry response, booking confirmation and email reminder. I connect one domain and configure email sending; we coordinate access to external accounts together.
Includes up to 5,000 emails sent per month. The first five confirmed clients receive a basic website with no development fee, with a minimum six-month commitment.
Course and community tools are available in this plan. If you want me to set up your courses, store, Stripe or fiscal validation of invoices, you can order this separately at the listed rates. Creating content and regular social media publishing are also additional services.

Alongside the basic Create setup, I provide one-off initial help with up to three simple automations. We choose them to suit your offer — for example, delivering a guide, requesting a Google review or sending a message after an introductory call.
Each included automation has one trigger and up to five actions in HighLevel. I use your prepared copy, we test the workflow together, and one round of minor revisions is included. This is one-off initial support, not monthly creation of new workflows. External integrations, Stripe, fiscal validation and new pages are ordered separately.

Connect a sign-up page, form and thank-you page with automatic delivery of a guide, worksheet or challenge registration. Organise contacts with tags and use follow-up emails to invite them to a call or programme. Track visits and sign-ups to understand the response to your offer.
Mobile access with Kollab
Your courses and community on a phone too.
Participants can open lessons, track progress, take part in the community and receive notifications through the Kollab app for iOS and Android. This keeps them connected to your programme on the go.
Access is through the Kollab app. A custom app under your own brand is not included.

Give each potential client the right next step — a reply, an introductory call or an offer. See clearly who is interested, whom you are already speaking to and whom you want to contact again, so interest does not get forgotten among your messages.

What I set up at the start and what is extra
Alongside the initial support in Move Forward, I prepare the agreed advertising campaigns. The campaign scope, number of ads and creative production are specified in your offer. Additional pages and more complex connections and settings are agreed separately.
Includes up to 10,000 emails sent per month and the agreed Meta ad management. Individual system support and customisation are ordered separately at the listed rates. You pay the advertising budget separately.
For a broader scope of advertising, creative, funnels and follow-up, you can choose an upgrade through the Meta Ads service. We align the quote with the management already included in Grow; I do not charge twice for the same work.
The examples show tools with comparable purposes. Replacement depends on your needs, settings and plan limits. Stripe and your invoicing software remain separate.

Online course
Organise recordings and resources into modules and lessons. Participants know where to start and what comes next. You can add quizzes and track progress.
Ongoing membership
Offer monthly or annual access to selected content. Set up payments and access rules yourself, or order setup separately at the listed rates.
A community alongside your programme
Create a space for questions, conversation and shared experiences. Bring content and participant connection together under your own brand.
A multi-day programme or challenge
Release lessons gradually and guide participants through the steps on an agreed schedule. Prepare notifications and supporting messages in advance.
Guides and supporting resources
Offer PDF guides, worksheets and other prepared content alongside a programme or as standalone digital products. Configure automatic delivery or access to suit the way you sell.
Mobile app
In Move Forward and Grow, participants can also access your courses and community through the Kollab app for iOS and Android. They can follow lessons on their phones, see their progress and stay connected to your programme on the go.

From interest to a warm welcome
Someone reads your post, downloads a free resource, receives your messages and decides to join your programme. After successful payment, they can receive access and a welcome message. When they are ready for the next step, offer an advanced programme or an individual appointment. Connect this journey with the tools in your plan; additional setup can be ordered separately.
Colours, logos and content can be customised within the platform's capabilities. Move Forward and Grow also give participants access to courses and community through Kollab. A custom-branded mobile app is not included. The first-five-clients offer covers basic website development only. Course setup is charged separately.
Launch offer for the first five clients
For the first five confirmed clients subscribing to any plan with a minimum six-month commitment, I will create a basic website without a development fee. Your chosen plan's monthly subscription is payable from the start of our work together.
What the basic website includes
- One presentation or landing page based on a template, with up to six content sections.
- Adaptation to your colours, logo, prepared copy and photographs.
- Connection to the agreed form or appointment booking.
- A desktop and mobile display check, and one round of minor revisions.
A short introduction to using the website is included. You provide the copy, photographs and resources. Major redesigns, migrations, copywriting and additional pages are priced separately.
What you can order separately
Basic course setup €350, connecting Stripe and setting up one offer from €90, access to a programme after purchase from €120, and automated fiscal validation of invoices €160. Store development starts at €480. These are not part of the free website development offer.
After the first five clients, a basic website is also charged from €240. The basic account setup described in each plan remains included in the subscription.

What if you already have a website?
You can keep it. Add bookings, forms or programme links to your existing site. We check the scope of integration with your current site separately. This offer also works if you only want to organise appointments, communication or courses.

Do I need to know how to use all these tools?
No. Start with what you need in your work. At handover, I show you the basics of the agreed solution. If you want individual onboarding or more support, you can order it separately.
Can I offer several different appointment types?
Yes. For example, a short free call, a longer individual consultation and a follow-up meeting. Each can have its own duration and availability. I set up one appointment type at the start; you can add others yourself or order setup.
What do I get without a development fee in the launch offer?
A basic website within the scope described. The offer is for the first five confirmed clients with a minimum six-month commitment. Courses, an online store, Stripe and invoice fiscal validation are set up separately at the listed rates.
Does a higher plan include more of your work?
Inspire and higher plans include one-off initial help with up to three simple automations within the described scope. Grow also includes the agreed Meta ad management. Other support and additional development are ordered separately at the listed rates; monthly support hours are not included.
Can I cancel other subscriptions?
Create already brings together your website, store, courses, community, bookings, newsletters and social media scheduler. Inspire adds more automation, Google reviews, testimonials and a shared inbox for Facebook, Instagram, SMS and email. Before you cancel other subscriptions, we check features and data migration. Invoicing software, your payment provider and business email inbox remain separate.
Can the online store replace Shopify?
For a simpler store, you can manage your catalogue, basket, payments and orders here. If you use specialised Shopify apps or advanced delivery or accounting integrations, we first check whether migration is feasible. Store development is a paid service and is not part of the first-five-clients offer.
What does the monthly email allowance cover?
The number of messages sent. Sending one newsletter to 500 people uses 500 emails. The allowance also covers other messages sent through the paid sending service, such as confirmations and reminders.
Which costs are extra?
Sending above your allowance, SMS, WhatsApp, phone numbers and calls, AI, paid external services, domain registration and payment provider fees. Advertising budgets are also extra. We agree costs before enabling additional paid services.
What if I subscribe to HighLevel directly?
I can help with that too. Basic setup in your directly subscribed account costs a one-off €480 and includes basic settings and either a website OR courses within the described scope. You pay HighLevel for the subscription and usage. Additional implementation and monthly support are separate services.
Monthly plan prices are shown with an additional 25% VAT. Additional implementation prices exclude VAT. Connections to external accounts depend on their permissions and available features.

A connection does not include an external provider's subscription, fees or the creation of an additional workflow. Not every type of post or report is available on every social network. X is currently not supported in the social media scheduler.

This is an overview of the main supported connections, rather than a complete list of all Marketplace apps, which changes over time. For additional apps, we check their specific purpose, access and cost. More integrations do not mean that setting up all of them is included in your subscription.
Basic connections for calendars, payments and the social media scheduler are available in Create. From Inspire upwards, I offer additional business-workflow connections, for example with MailerLite or Shopify. Implementation and any maintenance are priced separately; your subscription does not include unlimited integration development.
